I'm pretty sure this is the pack I have. Nice pack. It has some things I like that my Deuter doesn't. I made a couple of AT hikes with it but it doesn't really fit me well which is why I bought the Deuter. I spent over 2 hours in the store trying on different packs before I settled on the Deuter.

What's your torso? Mine is about 21". If you're less than that the PC might fit you fine. Let me know if you're interested. I'm sure I can do better than $70. :)

Electronics & zipLock pouches go together like peanut butter & jelly, when you tromping thru the woods in a rainstorm.

Keep an eye on your sporting goods stores too. I wandered into Sports Authority and they had clearance prices on all their waterproof bags. I scored 3 bags (2 med and one xl) for about $20. I should've bought more.

What I use in my BOB: Zipper Bags | Cumberland Concepts

Various sizes, very rugged, durable and water resistant. Excellent for compartmentalizing your kit.

Heavy duty two gal. Zip locks work very well to waterproof gear in packs. I always have a dozen or so extras loose in the pack for anything wet or dry I want to stay that way.

beware condensation inside of plastic bags. I keep silica gel dessicants in the bags, just as insurance.
