    ...leave the trailer hooked under the trailer. Use the boat to haul the trailer to the cabin site - under the boat! :)

    Well I don't know but I recall reading the book Tinkerbelle by Robert Manry about his solo crossing of the Atlantic in a 13 1/2 foot long sail boat, a trip that took 78 days. And he carried all the water he needed because this was 1965 before little RO desalination units existed. He fit a heck of a lot on the tiny boat. Talk about prepping.... I doubt the book is still in print but I loved reading the tale about 40 years ago. It made such an impression it still seems like my read was just 6 months ago. I rather suspect many of monkeys here would also enjoy this true story.

    It would depend on the weight of the Trailer, and the displacement of the Boat....
    If the Boat displacement >= to Trailer weight, You are fine....
    If not you sink.... like many Monkeys, it is called a "Marine Accident, with all weapons LOST"..... YMMV....
