Mylar space blanket to defeat FLIR

The reason Force Protector Gear designed a better breed of blanket.

 

I was thinking, since they said the outside temp was in the 60's, that it might be much less effective in 40 or 30 degree temps. Having been in the field in the cold I do know that the old IR devices could pick up a bunch of thermal signatures.
