Read costco crap :
And even with that , the flour has ADA , also used in making Styrofoam for the rise.
Yes Sir ! & I brew my own beer , water from our source.
The crud in the food is from the same company that makes the "healing drugs" with side effects .
FDA top dude is from Monsanto .
Naw , no problem , just install double doors from now on.
Nutria..Pretty dry tasting meat...
2 years of meds did not "cure" my bipolar disorder.
1 month of steamed veggies and avoiding most of the things noted by the OP have had a major impact.
Well, with that list, I starve.
Naw it aint that hard.
Switch from white bread who whole grain bagels.
White rice to quinoa.
Unplug your microwave and get a cheap steamer....
Sharpen your knife and buy roasts of meat instead of "deli meat" (it's way cheaper this way anyway)
And most importantly and not mentioned....filter your water.
If you really wanna go hardcore - get a juicer..(i got one for xmas) and big bags or seeds....in 2013 i'll be juicing SPROUTS by the mason jar and live to 150.
I'd delete that post if i were you. You could have put yourself on a don't allow list with that public statement.
Pffft....even if I eat at mc d's - i don't pay with debit and let them track me.
EAT YOUR FRIGGEN WHEAT GRASS SPROUTS!
I dropped 20 lbs after nixing soda. I might still have one here and there over the course of year.
EXTREME wheat intake reduction. Trying to eliminate it is proving hard for me.
NO diet anything
NO low sugar anything
I'm at 85-90% organic foods /gluten free and getting better.
It's been hard weening off the old food that I loved (BREAD!!!).. I've been able to maintain my weight in flux of 2-3 lbs.
Nothing against the OP but over the years I have read a lot of papers and articles on topics such as this and one thing I have come to the conclusion of is a lot of food related health issues with stuff like white bread and white rice are way over-hyped. Not that brown isn't better but the negative effects are no where near what a lot of people preach.
The food industry is full of stuff like this, coco nut oil and sweet n low are two examples of food items that were bashed at one time because of faulty/malicious research and now have been proven to be fine for human consumption.
Still you can't go wrong cutting back on sugar and carbs or eating non-processed foods but your not going to die because of it either if done in moderation.
I assume #3 means grocery store white rice not Thai or Indian white rice.
if anyone has spent anytime with fillipinoes or mayalasians they will agree white rice is not bad for you ... Nor does it make you fat
Really,Bacon... No Bacon.... no way, i cant leave Bacon behind.... plus in the process of curing bacon you will make nitrates anyways...
what about scrapple
I love bacon! I don't think it loves me though, but that's ok, I don't want a serious relationship anyways.
