Looks like the same "shortages" caused by the sheeple engaging in MSM-driven 'panic buying', as with everywhere currently. Same old story - with a hip New York accent.... The spin on the "Farm Bill" pending, used as an excuse for the shortage - that IS a new wrinkle!
