The tribe will need specialists of all sorts in case of a major blowout and (more likely) for Q&A about things which might not fit in one of the topical forums. So, if the interest is there, we can build a database for members who can help members (via PM) with off topic subjects.

Edit: Pick ONE, not two. (First attempt at a poll, sorry.)

I think it is a great idea G.

We could make it Private and only allow those in who have submitted info on themselves as well. And been Verified. A B2B section so to speak.

As long as we can keep it confidential, I'm in.

I can pretty readily set up an xcel spreadsheet to carry whatever we need. Just need an idea of what relevant information to put in. For starting thoughts --

    user name
contact info (but PM will work as well)
    real job
expert in (outside specialties, either by training or lots of practice)

Add to the list, and I'll get a start on the spreadsheet. Obvioiusly, soneone has to be the keeper. I'll do it unless someone else is better qualified, or there is reason enough for someone else to take over.

I had not thought initially to keep it private, I was thinking of setting it up so members could try for answers to off forum questions, but I can see some reasons for both public and private sections. Access can easily keep two sheets on the same database, but I am NOT expert with that one. If careful to keep the columns separated, xcel will work.
