All those animations destroy download speed here, especially when reloading the thread. Anyone else experience that?

Nope. I use three devices all on different servers and they all are always so fast I can't keep up. Even at the range, using only cellular comm, I have no delays.

That explains why you don't notice it.

Certainly is the pits when your download speed is very slow, because you live at the end of a plugged 4G Cellphone circuit 15 miles from the CellPhone Tower....

This is like the safety cover over the arming switch on a missile, or a reverse lockout on a transmission. The blade over the power switch keeps me from pressing the button and shutting the whole shop computer down when I should just move the mouse and wake it up. Simple and effective.

Marines call them "dummy cords." I put them on all my gear, and button or tie stuff on.

This weekend I had a guy asking if anybody had found the $379 Benchmade knife that he thinks he might've dropped on the range.

    Who's the dummy now?

Must be an out of work carny juggler....good way of keeping manual dexterity sharp between carny jobs...not sure that it would comply with OSHA standards though.... ;)

I saw a video of a couple of sheep dogs ,, I guess they were , but I think they were doing some kind of competition,, but it showed them herding a few ducks into a circle marked on the ground. Very impressive the way they did it.
Nice video of them herding them sheep,, almost magical.

I worked with a guy that had a Border Collie. Dog would herd his Grandchildren into the back corner of the fenced back yard and keep them there.

My sister had an Aussie Shepherd dog that would try to herd her lawn tractor as she mowed her yard. It had better success herding her goats.
