OK OK, it is the same rush, except with the cig you don't have to run.

Congratulations on your success!! My last cigarette was 33 years, one month, and 13 days ago. I've always wondered how much I would've spent on cigarettes if I hadn't quit, so I worked it out today. Figuring a pack a day at fifty-five cents a pack I get $6652.80
saved. Since I haven't seen any packs for that price in a long while I can only smile when I think what a wise choice it was to quit.

Congrats. I quit in 2007 after smoking since I was like 12 years old. I didn't bother with gums or pills or any other aids...one day I just decided it was time, and that was it...cold turkey. The fact that I had started to try my hand at bicycle racing as I quit helped...the bicycle racing. The stuff I was hacking up after a nasty climb or sprint was as good as any energy gel...albeit a bit more chewy.
