It’s April, and rent is due, and it’s no joke.

But Publix, the Lakeland, Florida based grocery store chain that owns 282 shopping centers in the southeastern U.S., has been in touch with hundreds of tenants and made one thing clear. For at least the next two months as the coronavirus global pandemic wreaks havoc on the economy, Publix has their backs.

Publix owns 13 shopping centers in Lee County and two in Collier County, where dozens of tenants facing uncertain near futures have more certainty now.


The relief package from Publix will include waiving rent for two months and waiving payments for common area maintenance fees and taxes, regardless of the tenant’s access to other relief or assistance.

The new radiator came in so I got the 3910 up and running. Took the time to straighten all the dings and dents on the radiator support and the wings on the side. Installed a new thermostat and hood cowl as well. Sharpened the blades on the brush hog and spent 5 hrs cutting checking everything out the other day. I've got a couple of 80% Glocks to finish and I'm getting the parts and pieces together to build a larger smelting pot and ingot moulds for my casting set up. I would like to have all the lead melted, cleaned, alloyed and into ingots before it gets really hot outside. I smelt outside but my casting set up is indoors with AC so I can make boolits anytime.

And my experience with TSC on their curbside pickup was less than expected.
1. It's a tiller! So no Tax and it even says that. NTL paid up front as it was the only one around and then ask the store guy to make it right and he did. He called at 0900 today and reported 3 to 5 days to remove the delivery charge and tax charge.

Raining again so it will be a while and then I'll grease and add the gear lube, off to the races.
This will be much easier than the Toy Bilt Horse.

 

To plug the radiator holes?

 

Yeah I like corn cobs too. I am getting real low on the white ones and no good method of cleaning and recycling the brown ones. The dishwasher might work but I'm married to a redhead sooo.....

I do too, but I have a 25lb casting pot and it takes a bunch of them to fill it. Want to make some moulds that are a bit bigger.

Well, you're right, it is NOT uplifting. However, a revolver with an ejector? Now, THAT is sheepish and snickery.
