Has anyone tried using the material called panda film for a tarp? It is sold at Home Depot and Lowes. It is black on one side and very shiny on the other. Would it be good to reflect heat on to you in cold weather and maybe with the silver side up, be cooler in summer?
    thanks

Will check it out. Have a couple 20'X40' footers. They can be used to make a "house" complete with windproof/waterproof floor. Bud gave us a "squad" tent last year--heavy as the dickens but strong and rugged.
