I'm resurrecting a dead horse.... @tacmotusn , have you used the Tattler lids for canning meat? I came across a YT vid or maybe it was a blog post, I forget now, but there was a comment somewhere that they didn't seal well on anything that might get greasy, like bacon or chicken. Wondered if you (or anyone) had any experience using them with meats.
