Toilet Paper- How Is Your Stockpile

Yup it has. Just a bunch of turds posting crap.

Nope not at all. It was just a term of habit after searching and talking about a house with a walk out basement for 8 months. I would use any basement that stays dry to store stuff.

 

Same for me.

 

Someone broke into one of our remote field offices the other day.... Only item missing, Toilet paper!

 

That thief is a real piece of crap.

 

He must have been rushed and flushed.

 

Soooo... what about the news... we used to use the sears catalog, we either throw away a lot of news paper, or recycle it.

Should we be saving it?

 

I'm going to give y'all a tip.

This is a tip for guys like me who have a SHTF solution that includes running water. I have one. I also have an excess of water storage. You desert dwellers can skip to the next post. I have cisterns. I collect rainwater. I've got more water than I can use.

I've got a bathroom. It has a shower, a sink, and a flush toilet. Granted, I still require AC to run the shallow well pump, but I can get off the grid anytime I want.

If I found myself at TEOTWAWKI and my source of toilet paper had dried up, I would just hook a hose off the sink and attach a shower head off of that. When I was done, I'd just shoot a little warm water up there and get it clean.

You can trace a lot of troubles with the anus to complication from toilet paper in a SHTF scenario, you'll want to keep problems down there to a minimum.
