Just saw this on the fox news bulls and bears. It turns out that China has been buying the oil from Canada for about 4 months. Remember when obungle stopped the Keystone Pipeline ? Canada gave o'bungle an ultimatom at that time to say yes or no to the pipeline. O'bungle said more time was needed to "examine" the enviromental impact. So...,., China wins again.

Well there's MUCH more than what your reading into this. Canada (Alberta Tar Sands) to get oil to China needs a pipe line to the west / wet coast & a new Dam for Power 2.8GW min, and then a few tanker slips (Harbour loading deep sea tankers) Only the tar sands exist , with the existing piping structure.
