tropical storm/hurricane Dorian 2019

Projected tracks look like spaghetti right now. No telling just where it will go, across Florida into the Gulf (bad for me) or up the east coast (better for me). Luckily it's a fairly small storm moving fast. This will reduce potential damage.

 

local fox news is saying this hurricane should strengthen to cat 2 or cat 3 before most likely hitting middle to upper east coast of Florida.

 

By the way, because I don't say it often enough, thanks for keeping us up on the current you guys.

 

Wind speeds up to 85 mph, pressure down a little to 986 mb. Forecast track remains nearly the same as earlier.

Certainly one to watch...

I hope Hurricane Dorian doesn't take out the fishing camp. I just made arrangements to go back this February.

I have a question for people who know about hurricanes. Can this hurricane hit the East coast and then travel across the state to then go on and gain strength to hit on the gulf side?
