Northern Idaho has been warmer than normal (hovering around 32F) so far so not sure this prediction is accurate.

33% below normal. Cool. As Bandit99 said its been warmer then normal so far around here. Just looked at the 10 day forecast and it calls for in the teens next week. Should have safe ice for ice fishing by Christmas.
