What do you pack out from the trail

    In addition to some rubbish irresponsible folks left behind, our charger came home with a dirty menehune.

    Trash mainly, but over the years I've brought home several useful items. Axes,a colman two- burner stove, colman 2 mantle lantern, a couple of small BBQs and a nice bow saw along with some other stuff.

    Others garbage, nice stainless cook set, clothes, plate/bowl/cup, and just unnecessary weight folks shucked. Have buried some weighty items well off the trail.

    I pulled out two broken folding camp chairs this week from one of my favorite spots in the Jemez mts. Looked like a homeless camp. Tons of used toilet paper and old clothing got left behind
