Rotatable= Swinging Shelves that are 3 cans deep, pull from the front and put new in the back. Have the can shelves be two tier.
You could actually double deep that rack and it would perform the same. I like it. How would you do sardine cans ? Slip card board between them so they don't nest .
The only down side to this style of rack, is that it takes up an awful lot of wall space, without much storage capacity. I think I've figured out how to make one that I can utilize on my wire shelves, that will be ~17" deep (front to back), ~17" tall, and (as single units, initially) wide enough to fit the can sizes I have (for canned veggies, soup, etc). Once I know the design works, I'll try it as a multiple unit, and will post the final plans and cut sheet(s) here. I just have to make time to do the cutting & gluing! Time....yeah, that's always my problem!!
