The pantry is full, I have beers to brew, I want to get busy canning some beef and chicken, making pickles, and hopefully growing some fresh veggies in the garden.<br />

Family will be visiting and there will be a trip South this Spring if we are healthy.  Things to look forward to..<br />

It’s early, but I’m starting some early preps. I’m moving my seedling tray and grow light into the garage where the temperatures are higher than in the greenhouse. I may have to tent the whole thing to keep temps high enough to get seeds to sprout, but I’m starting early with lettuces and radishes, maybe cucumbers and tomatoes. My take was that if our government can restrict our rights in violation of our own constitution, then what may be in their future.  The history of civilian gun ownership in Russia is very interesting and I thought worthy of discussion in respect of the possibility of an unfriendly gun administration possibly coming to power....<br />

My personal opinion is that wearing a mask to protect yourself from a virus is like putting up a chain link fence to keep mosquitoes out of your yard but, if you happen to be a carrier without symptoms, that is different. Yeast is a bit hard to find now and our current stuff is several years old and spent most of that time in the Fridge.<br />
Last night DW loaded up the Bread Making Machine (BMM) and all we produced was a sweet small very doughy loaf.<br />
Out I went to recover the two1/4 lb packs laying on a work table in the garage.  They have been there since 2004 when we moved into the &quot;Big House&quot;.<br />
One pack already had a small X slice at the top of the foil...<br />
